STP BIPLAST provides a sound-absorbing, vibro-damping, heat-insulating, and anti-squeak material for use in various kinds of vehicle.
To protect the mounting layer, anti-adhesive paper or film is used. The surface, opposite to the mounting layer, is taken as a facing surface.
The material remains elastic at a temperature range from -40°C to 100°C and is resistant to temperatures up to 150°C.
The material is elastic mainly polyurethane foam, open-cell, with extended recovery time upon the compression cycle cessation.
